All of our instructors are police checked, highly qualified and insured so you can rest assured that your self protection training is in the best possible hands.

It could be possible for you to arrange to have a course exclusively for you in your local area. Just get together with a group of  your friends/relatives (minimum 8 people), contact us and we’ll organise a venue and an instructor to teach a course tailored to your needs at a time that is convenient to you.

Don’t delay, your friends may well have the same personal safety concerns for themselves and their female relatives as you do. See who would be interested in attending a course, you might be surprised at how many of them feel that they would benefit from some Self Protection training.
